Get ready for a big day this Saturday, May 25th from 3 – 6PM, at Harlem Grown’s CCCI grand unveiling! Join us as we reveal our amazing new “Aleia” installation up on the Acropolis in Marcus Garvey Park! Aleia, crafted by Jerome Haferd and the Brandt Haferd team, is an interactive masterpiece featuring artwork from the talented Thomas Heath and our own afterschool students.

But that’s not all! We’re also unveiling the revamped Sankofa installation, now with a new canopy titled “An Ode to Drexciya” by artists Elan Cadiz, Laura Gadson, and Nia Love. And this summer, Sankofa will be home to artwork from 12 artists chosen by the Harlem community.
