This is  NYC’s first-ever citywide participatory budgeting process! launched by The NYC Civic Engagement Commission (CEC). If you live in NYC and are between the ages of  11 and up, regardless of immigration status, you are eligible to vote. You can decide how to spend $5 million of mayoral expense funding.
