Founder and President of Madisyn Consulting Services, Inc., a NYS M/WBE technology consulting company launched in 1990 to help organizations plan, develop, and deploy technology strategies that reinforce their business objectives. A career that spans three decades began after receipt of a B.A in Economics, Mathematics minor, from Syracuse University. Financial, project management, and resource management expertise was acquired while in the employ of Wang Laboratories, Inc., and honed while managing projects with budgets exceeding $50mil for industry leaders Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Dresdner Bank, Westdeutsche Landesbank, Columbia University, and Marsh and McLennan Insurance to name a few.
Madisyn’s client roster shifted to real estate firms as the Global economy grew. Assignments as acting Chief Operating Officer for Chards Diversified, Inc., Management Consultant for Danforth Development Partners, LLC., and lecturer on “Technology for Construction” for Skanska and Turner construction companies, lead to the formation of Purple Sky Development, LLC., a real estate development firm focused on at-risk development of residential properties; and construction management services for owners seeking to realize the value of their assets.
Ms. Granville developed at risk three Harlem brownstones and an 8,100 sq ft mixed use property in Crown Heights Brooklyn with high end amenities at affordable prices that achieved its cash flow projections while invigorating the neighborhood with new businesses. The focus on feasibility, marketability, risk, and sustainability leads to deal structures that meet or exceed projections, maximize return on investment, and minimize risk. Ms. Granville holds a certificate in Construction Management from Columbia University.
